Clams in hiding

The clams didn't come out to play when we picketed them. They stayed some distance down the path. I didn't bring my powerful zoom along so I had to blow this one up from the negative using my film scanner. The results are okay though. Better than I hoped for.

Police officers being served coffee
The clam lady in the red outfit brought the cops some tea and coffee. She didn't ask us if we wanted any which I thought was a bit rude. And what about me? I was only the photographer and snapping piccies is thirsty work.

Dave Bird

Dave Bird becomes quite photogenic when he is picketing. I took this because the light in his hair lended itself to a good photo. This is before we set out for St Hill.

Mr Cool

This is a good phooto of Mr Cool. Slightly put off with my taking the photo there is a look of "readiness" or "I mean business" about his pose as a result but at the same time it is a "cool" look, especially with the cool blue and white tarpaulins behind (no there weren't any clams hiding behind them).
